Moore Mansion Event Center rental includes a full DJ/Audio service and a "Day-of-Event" coordinator to guide you smoothly through every step your event. Our DJs use professional audio equipment designed and operated for the Moore Mansion property. 

Vendors you may consider hiring for your event include:

  • Caterers - The area has many fine caterers. We also allow clients to prepare and serve their own food. 

  • Florists - Bridal bouquets and gentlemen's boutonnieres are common floral choices. Table centerpieces are sometimes added, but are not essential since the event center grounds have extensive landscaping and flowers.

  • Photographers - Professional photographers and videographers are available in all price ranges and experience levels. We recommend hiring professionals for this service both for the quality of work and to ensure your event is not dominated by excessively long photography activities that take you away from your guests. Professionals know how to get all the great images you will want without dominating the event schedule.

  • Limousine Company - Sometimes hired for transportation to and from the Moore Mansion, as well as to bring the bride to the front of the mansion for her walk down the aisle.

  • Event coordinators - Welcome but not required. We have coordinated hundreds of weddings here over many years. We pride ourselves on tailoring events to each bride’s preferences, while ensure a program that flows smoothly with our property.
